This is an agreement between you and Core Stack Studio on how to use the “Racia” app. By installing the app, you agree to it.
What you receive
The right to install and use the app on your devices for communication within your organization. The right is not limited by the number of devices and does not require payment for the app itself.
What is not allowed
- Disassemble, decompile and modify the app, except in cases expressly permitted by law.
- Present the app as your own or sell it as your own product.
- Use it for anything prohibited by the law of your country — including surveillance of people without their knowledge.
- Attempt to gain access to other people’s channels and messages bypassing the rights granted by the administrator.
Who is responsible for what

The app is provided as is
We do our best to keep communication working, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted. Racia works over your network: if Wi-Fi is lost, communication is lost too, and this is not something we can influence.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for lost profit, downtime and indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the app. This limitation applies to the extent permitted by law.
Updates
We release updates that may change and add features. Material changes to these terms will be shown in the app on the first launch of the new version.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may stop supporting a version by releasing a new one in its place.
Governing law and disputes
The law of the Russian Federation applies to this agreement. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, if that fails, at the location of the developer.
